So normally I dont do this but I have to rant because of a situation that I was pretty frustrated about that occurred yesterday. There has been construction happening around around neighborhood for the past week, no issues or problems until yesterday when we woke up and had a part of our driveway dug up and a ten foot deep hole blocking us from being able to drive out! Thankfully this was the first time ever we didnt have our vehicles parked in the driveway or we would have been stuck! I then went to hop in the shower and much to my surprise our water was shut off!! Now having said all this I totally understand that the work needs to be done but some kind of warning to the homeowner would have been nice. We did however get a notice from the town yesterday after all the work was done saying the water was going to be shut off today but nothing about the driveway being blocked or the work from yesterday. I have no intention on hurting anyones feelings and hope I didnt offend anyone by writing this, I just think that the letter should have been delivered a week ahead to prepare not a day late!
