So not happy Jan!!! said to hubby my soup maker isnt holding liquid today - i put water in it to get ready to make up a soup, and after i cut up veges the water was down, so i picked up the jug and there was water under where the jug sits on the appliance, and i thought thats not right, so i tipped the water out, theres no cracks or anything and i said to hubby, its rattling inside - so i shook it and out pops some little ball bearings .............. so after being on hold forever, i get on google to get the tv shops number and rang the sales number only to be given the customer service number and you guessed it, they are closed until 9am tomorrow .......... well guess its back to making soup the old fashioned way for a bit ......
