So now that most of us have lots of candy we should make some ground rules with it! 1. Only one to two pieces a day! 2. Dont leave it in a bowel on the counter to just be able to grab! 3. When eating candy make sure you have protein with it, it will help offset the spike in sugar raise in the body! 4. If you know you are going to eat candy or sugary stuff drink only water. That way you dont get more sugar from the soda and other sugary drinks!
