So now that my bone is healed, the screws are intact, therapy is becoming a whole different animal. She(therapist) is fiercely hitting the muscles, soft tissues and ligaments. They are revolting against her and me just as fierce . For the first time since all this started, I actually had tears in my eyes from the extremely exhausting workout today. I usually have a very high tolerance to pain, today I was almost a full fledge blubbering baby. She said from now until the soft tissues are well, I will definitely be dealing with intense pain. Lord, Jesus make me strong, and give me courage cause the next 2 months aint gonna be fun.
