So now we have men and women in law enforcement going to work to get verbally abused and physically attacked and they cant even defend themselves for fear of feeding fuel to the fire, starting a riot, getting sued, or being fired. Now what would these protestors do if they were attacked by a civilian mob? They would scream for the police to protect them and dole out violence and charges on the offenders in the name of justice for them. Whether right or wrong what single officers have done you can not put every officer in a category and say the police are violent or abusing their power. Just like its not ok to say a certain race or sect of people act in a specific manner. The government doesnt hold breifings in the police station in the morning and tell officers to go out and beat civilians. Situations are handled differently by every individual, and thats what the police are... humans doing a job. They are not a collective group. I was stuck in stopped dead traffic for two hours trying to get out of nyc on thursday night because protestors shut down the tunnels and bridges(let me tell you I was thrilled, especially when the group engulfed my car with beers in some of their hands, OOHH BOY LOOKED LIKE SUCH A FUN PARTY FOR THEM!!!). So they inconvenience thousands of people who have nothing to do with anything they are protesting (thats a great way to get sympathy for your cause by the way!) I watched as they swarmed cars scaring people and screaming nonsense that was proven to be lies (hands up dont shoot!) By the families own outside autopsy company. It was proven he was shot while charging in the direction of the shots. There are a lot of actual real causes for all you bored people who want to protest for the sake of aggrivating people. Lets not start nationwide chaos over a violent thug scumbag who should have just taken the charges he deserved! go hang out with your friends and drink your beers and party at home. Im sure you have time to brainstorm up a worthy cause as most of you are jobless college educated spoiled brats or collecting welfare anyway!
