So off from Meningie, Lake Albert at the top of the Coorong and our last night in South Australia heading back to hustle and bustle of the city. We traveled out through Keith and to Bordertown. We headed towards Nhill but unfortunately an accident caused a detour to our benefit. We ended up at Ratzcastle lake and a great free camping site. Unfortunately the lake was low but just 9 km out of Goroke and 70km from Horsham it was a great stop over. The Lions club have built a great little shelter and an admin block with flush toilets and a solar shower. All the toilet and shower area is fed by a solar pump. Lets hope that the vandals dont undo all the good work. There is a better lake about 15 minutes away with a camping ground, with all the amenities for about $20 per couple for a non powered site. Wer made it home today without a hitch and thanks for everyones commentd and support. until next trip, OOOOO Rooo
