So often people think of rescue as happy and cute fluffy kittens the reality is quite different. It is with a heavy heart that I share this news. I will not be getting more fosters this week. any inflammatory comments/ranting etc will be deleted. I understand why the shelter is doing this, and before you start cussing how about you go watch what happens when panleuk hits a shelter, or take a cat into your home and then see what this disease does. because until you have stood in their shoes you dont understand. this is a shelter is a poor county, underfunded, they have been workign with rescues to get out as many animals as possible. they are certainly not at all happy about this either!
