So often we as christians take a liberal/democratic approach towards perceived error, sin, and Kingdom things. Jesus didnt die to make us a part of a democracy but a kingdom where He reigns and what He says goes. As a christian our opinions dont matter when comfronted with divine biblical truth only our obedience thru faith. We were bought with a price and our lives are not our own but belongs to the Lord. Its so important that we rightfully divide the word of truth and not just quote scriptures out of context to support our stance. As we navigate thru the world sharing the love of God and preaching the gospel we must be unbias in identifying things that can lead less mature believers and non believers away from the Christ of the bible. My concern is that we as the church are more familiar with our favorite artist/celebrities, newest phones, television shows, and movies than we are with intimate time in prayer and reading our bibles. Lets pursue truth in love realizing some confrontation is actually biblical and for the sake of souls not being deceived.
