For this you can choose a charity of your choice to raise funds for. i wanted to pick a charity cancer related due to past experiences in the family and i decided to pick Cois Nore Cancer Support Centre Kilkenny due to help they have giving to my family and people i know in the past and at the current time. the aim of the centre is to provide a confidential drop in listening and information service to individuals with a Cancer diagnosis and their families . We provide individual therapies such as massage and reflexology , and a counselling service . Meditation groups and specific cancer related sessions are also provided - all their services are free. So any donation would be greatly appreciated by me and Cois Nore.
