So on Too Real Tuesday Coach was giving out some real deal workouts! I want to give a BIG TOO REAL TOO EASY SHOUTOUT to Mr. Kent and Mrs. Doris Chavis and Lindsay Sanderson. They did a workout that had exercises and a total of a three miles of running ( with less than 8 mins mile each time) and they completed this in an hour! Where do they do that crazy mess at? Only here at Lucas Personal Training. In October of last year they would have never thought they would have be doing stuff like this! Of course they was pushed to the limits and finished with no problem. So keep up the good work because that was awesome!!! Our clients is proving daily Cant is not an option! Glad Too Real Tuesday is over wonder what kind of mood he will be in on this beautiful Wednesday.....
