So on a Wednesday evening I hold a lemon tree bakery bake off class - basically its a 10 week course teaching the same person lots of different baking skills :) So tonight we made a baked cheesecake with a salted caramel drizzle ( by far THE nicest cheesecake I have ever tasted and Ive been to the Cheesecake Factory in Dubai where they have about 200 different ones lol ) , we also tried our hand at cinder toffee which went disastrously wrong on the first attempt as I turned my back from the sugar thermometer for one second and it burnt, but second time round it was much better :) and not pictured as its still setting, is a mint matchmaker fudge and a white chocolate and vanilla fudge ....... Yep the diet is out the window ;)
