So, on my way home tonight I stopped by a noodles kiosk close to home. The young lady who owns this place works as a nutritionist in one of the hotels here in the city. She works as a hotel staff during the day and runs her kiosk at night. The kiosk is a few months old. I admire her, a lot. Shes a beautiful lady, but thats not why I admire her, I admire her because of the choices she has made. Hers is the kind of mind that will do this continent good. Today I got there while it was beginning to drizzle. I looked at her face and noticed she wasnt happy, she was packing up because of the rain. I ask her why her countenance is down. She sighs and says the rain is spoiling business. I tell her it will not rain. She believed the words I said to her and the rain stopped. Her face was still looking down, so I asked her again. She says business has not been good since yesterday. While she was preparing my take-home portion, we had a brief chat that ended this way, God knows youre here, just have faith. I left her smiling and hopeful. As always, I felt good about myself. She must be wondering, what is this guy up to? The other day I was asking her where she hopes the business will be by next year, if shes thinking of moving into a rented space and expanding her menu. I cant help myself, I see a beautiful future everywhere I look. I see a great future in you too, thats why I keep writing as if my life depends on it, IT DOES. Whatever you do, I want you to know that God knows youre doing it, and He is with you. My friend, Innocent says that there is sufficient grace in the pursuit of purpose. Keep forging ahead, and always remember that God has plans to glorify himself through it. Dont deny Him the opportunity.
