So on the radio this morning (ABC) we heard that, on average, people in the city spend $230+ per week on lunch, coffees, snacks etc. Having high quality matcha (powdered green tea) instead of take away coffee, eating a protein breakfast at home, and taking slow cooked lunches would drastically reduce that cost - freeing up money that could be better spent on high quality coaching and training. A double whammy of better food choices and improved training will make you look and feel great everyday and may cost you no more than the effort to train. There is always a way to make it work ..
