So on the way home Jody decided Dairy Queen sounds good...I agree and we stop in Goodland. I dont know if the young male trainee who took our order was gay or just hadnt reached puberty yet...doesnt really make any difference to me, he was nice and was trying. Anyways he has a question and summons help. This creature comes up to assist, Im assuming it was male....not sure though...I think he had an adams apple, dark eyelashes and pink hair...might have been a flat chested female, still dont know what I was looking at there. In the mean time, one of the workers is pushing a broom staring at the floor...hes got them plugs (like 1/2) in his ears and is covered in tattoos. Might be more of a man than me...them bastards had to hurt! The fry cook who seams to be the quickest of the bunch comes up to the counter to confirm our order. (I appreciate that very much) His day job must be a mechanic cause his pants were covered in oil and grease. I was beginning to think I was at the fair dealing with the carneys (carnival workers)...didnt know if I should have ordered a funnel cake, shaved ice or a corn dog! Momma Jody Jones McCain was happy as she got her chicken strip basket, so life as we knew it was good......I had a hot dog. Sooooo glad to finally be home in our own house. Thanks to everyone for their help this past week. We appreciate it.
