So on top of everything that occurred Wednesday, I got my papers out and looked at them and they have us signing as the TRUSTEE. The Trustee is the bank. Evidently the bank couldnt make it there. (shaking head) unbelievable. And let me guess, I was supposed to get up and start screaming THIS ISNT RIGHT...........and ruin the whole shindig and be held in contempt of Court. I would have questioned it for sure, but I am under the INJUNCTION OF THE MOST HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE IN OUR COUNTY. I cant question anything evidently. Well, thats 2 sets of fraudulent papers. (and people complain about illegal immigrants) *they didnt give me the copy of the one the bank rep supposedly signed, remember my Atty. told me that their rep was there--no they werent.* Thats why I was being sequestered from it. I e-mailed the Title Company rep and asked her for a copy of the document I signed where there was a space for the bank to sign as Trustee and I got an automated reply that she is out of the office please contact so and so. ITS NOT CHRISTMAS YET IS IT? Anyhow I was supposed to get a copy of ALL the papers I signed including that one...so it is my right to see it and to get a copy of it, especially if it is a document that has to do with me. Ill bet you I wont see it. I will bet you the Atty. and my sibling signed it and if they were asked theyd just state that the Court Order gave them the right to do it. NO IT DID NOT. Nor half the other things you have done. Read it. Tsk, whatever. Nobody does things the right way anymore. As long as no one cares or notices, no one cares or notices..........Frankly, since the opposing Atty. made 1300 DOLLARS from the Title Company and they only made 700, because he is a registered agent of theirs...............HE SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT TO THE BANK ON MONDAY OR TUESDAY for someone to sign. They knew they were going to do this. It states right on the papers that she signed her set on Tuesday the 2nd. She had no reason to be there except to sign papers for the Trustee which shes not legally allowed to do because the Trustee has to sign it. But that is the way this Attorney that has taken over probate does things. Constantly too. Oh BTW its my intellectual property now. Things are blacked (red) out that are private.
