So one day this week, Bella went for a ride with her people. Then next thing she knows, she’s sitting in a cage at Brooklyn ACC and her people are nowhere to be seen. She has no idea what “allergies” means; all she knows is that she has to get out of this scary, noisy, chaotic place where they leave her in a cage 24 x 7. She’s a puppy, in good health, full of energy—she has no clue that ACC plans on euthanizing her tomorrow. Two days after she got there, somebody came to take her for her behavioral eval and by then she was in full panic. That hand tried to take her food, that strange dog came in, and who was this stranger who was squeezing her paw and giving her a hard stare! Well, that made her New Hope only so tonight, Bella is pleading for that special person who will work with a rescue to make her feel safe again. She’s young, loves cats, lived with a child, is housebroken and paper trained, knows commands—she’s ready to dazzle you with how smart and good she is—are you ready? If you are, start contacting rescues now. At noon tomorrow, ACC won’t hesitate to make this sweet baby gone forever.
