So one of my residents just walked in to tell me hes moving. I said where are you moving to? Excited and happy he said the Eddy building Downtown! I said good for you. He said they have really changed things and the demographics now fit me and my friends more as upcoming professionals and being from the Houston Texas area, Im used to more urban living. He said it is full and theyve only have 2 apartments to rent. He showed me the pics on his phone of both the Bancroft and Eddy and his apartment and It is BEA-U-TI-FULLLL! I am so excited for Saginaw.
