So one of our neighbours had their rear fence replaced. No permissions were asked from Fran to access the site over her ground. This is the state the contractor, Park Lane Garden Services of Exeter, left Frans property in despite a phone call from me and subsequent messages left to get it cleared up and restored. They have also apparently fly tipped branches etc on council land. They also moved the fencing off the boundary line, citing pipes in the ground...not the fact they were too lazy to remove the old posts...which are now sticking up in Frans gained ground!
