So one of those guys who is with the IT department called(again) and I got him so pissed. He would try to start his little talk on how my computer has a virus and I would cut him off midway through. At one point I asked where he was calling from and he said San Fransisco and I was like, I love that big bridge and he said, the Golden Gate Bridge?! He had such excitement in his voice like he got me and Ill just be another old fool ready to let him help. I even told him that when I was a kid, I would run back and fourth over the bridge. He was like, oh, ok sir, let me help you now. So he started over again and I explained I couldnt hear him because there was so much yelling in the background? I asked what was that noise. He said it was other people helping other customers. I said, wow! How many people work there...like thousands???? He said, yes over a thousand. I went on saying I couldnt hear him. This goes on for a few minutes. Next thing I know, dial tone. A minute later he called back and asked if I could hear him now. I said it was a little better but lets try to figure this computer issue out because the computer has been acting up. He asked how old it was and I said 12 years old. Oh, he says. Then he tells me to go ahead and turn it on. I say its always on. He says, find the crtl button. Do you see it? Yeah, I see it! Now, tell me what button is next to it. What? What do you mean? I explain that there are several buttons around it. Why dont you tell me which one to look for. He then tells me, sir, just tell me what button is right next to it. I say, well, there are letters, a space bar and an enter button. He starts to get annoyed. We do this for about 2 or 3 minutes. Back and fourth about what button. He finally says to me, are you dumb?. I laugh. Am I dumb? Youre the idiot who called me back.
