So...one year ago today I started my life changing journey. As of today I have lost 112 lbs! What a journey it has been!!! I have gone from not being able to do anything to walking up to 3 miles, without stopping and taking a break! I still have about 80 lbs to go so I am still trucking right along! 4 weeks ago I continued my life changes by quitting smoking! I have not had a cigarette since July 1st! I am still doing the ecig vapor but have lowered the nicotine level from 24 mgs to 18 mgs and after about another week or so will lower it yet again. This has helped tremendously! Im no longer coughing all the time and feel better then I have in YEARS!!!! Thank you to all my friends and family who have stood by me through this past year. I know I have not been the easiest to live with and have drove some nuts with my obsession with measuring and weighing food, but without doing that I would not have been able to accomplish all that I have. Cant wait to see what the next year has in store for me!!!!!
