So our brilliant city council has just passed a new by-law allowing bicycles, skateboards, in-line skates and longboards on our city sidewalks !!!!!!!!!!!! WTF ????? So now when I walk my granddaughter in her stroller or walk my small dog, who is afraid of being close to moving bikes ,am I supposed to move over on the grass to let them pass? How about seniors with walkers out getting some fresh air ?Already there are teens who ride the sidewalks and they will not move as you approach them ......so what does it take for our crazy council to see the error of their ways !!!!
