So our campaign on Twitter to educate the public about the myth of humane slaughter is being met with the argument that..... the animals are unconscious and dont feel pain silly. This is the best they have. Okay, here is an abattoir that, give it its due, shows actual footage of the process of humane slaughter - this is the best we have people, this is the best your meat has it, this is the best the animals have it, is this okay with you? Because this is the best, not the worst. The animal pisses itself. So this is humane, here you go, this is your humanity. Enjoy (if you have the guts or decency to face it that is).
