So our three weeks in the Languedoc are soon ending... Thursday we will be in Castelnaudary and of course want to have cassoulet one last time, and the town claims to be home of the great dish... so I am looking to have the BEST IN TOWN at lunchtime on Thursday... and I looked around on the internet and this place came up... and I was going to show Mikel the menu and it came up in English, sorta... If any of you have a better recommendation, let me know, this place has tablecloths and cloth napkins and is called Hotel du Centre et du Lauragais. This menu translation is pretty funny (however delicious the food may be).
