So predictable! After a Muslim in the UK absconded from a Terrorist Prevention Investigation Measure by apparently wearing a burqa, Tory MP Sir Gerald Howarth called for a Burqa ban in the UK. Many in the past have also evaded police capture by wearing hooded sweatshirts....should these also be banned Mr. Howarth? And while were at it, why not also ban dark glasses, wigs, and heavy make-up which have also been used to avoid capture? The telegraph today wrote that in 2010 it was reported that in Argentina 2 thieves had escaped capture by disguising themselves as sheep...the writer writes, that according to Mr. Geralds twisted logic the Argentine government is yet to respond to Sir Geralds recommendations for a ban on wool and little fuzzy ears. This is opportunistic secular politics at its best!
