So proud of my girl Sophia today! Weve been doing a clean eating paleo challenge for the last couple of weeks and although the kids have not been thrilled giving up some of their snacky favorites theyve remained enthusiastic. Yesterday Sophias teacher told the class if they were all good shed bring them all Popsicles today. What did my girl do, knowing Popsicles did not fall into the healthy category? She explained to the teacher our family is making healthy choices with food. As a result, the teacher brought them all cool pencils and erasers instead. So proud that she made a great choice for herself that resulted in a healthy choice for the whole class. And kudos to her teacher for being so supportive!
