So proud of my little man....if anyone knows Lincoln hes a pretty awesome kid but he is very shy and timid. He wanted so bad to try football but on his first day he was a little nervous and scared and wanted to come home. Not knowing what to do we tried to encourage him. I decided to tell him this story about myself when I was a kid. I told him about the story how I never gave up to become a cheerleader how I was scared and nervous and didnt make it my 4, 5, or 6th grade years but then I finally made it and by the time I was a senior I was the captain of the squad because I never gave up!! He said Mom you never gave up?? We went last night and he was brave and loved it. He made me smile when he said Mom I was like you I didnt GIVE UP!!
