So proud of our Scotty, who smashed out his PB today in deadlifts this morning. Scott joined our 8 week challenge to learn as much as he can about training and nutrition along with his goal to build a stronger healthier physique. Unfortunately this meant eating well over 4000 calories per day lol, skipping out on most Muay Thai Classes & cutting out running altogether. However this didnt limit his opportunity to succeed at the same rate as all of his fellow challengers. Instead Scotty would come to HIIT twice a day 5 days a week & once on a Saturday, with a full days rest on a Sunday. He would set up his own weight stations when ever Muay Thai Classes were being held & modify exercises where ever HIIT cardio was placed. To see someone go from strength to strength in a challenge of 60 being the only challenger with such a different path is inspiring, rewarding as a trainer & exactly what our challenges are all about. Sam & I are so grateful to have been given the opportunity to work alongside 60 fantastic individuals & honored that Scotty came to us to fulfill his goal that he knew was achievable but that we didnt really promote as our main feature. Congratulations to all of our challengers as they come to the end of their 8 week personal challenge.
