So proud of this girl, my personal coach Tarah Carr and even more proud to be one of her 15 diamonds :) She has hit 15 star diamond, the highest rank in our company, in just over two years. As a military wife, the mom to two boys and with a husband who has been deployed at least 9 months of every year, she has built up an AMAZING Empire and is now able to RETIRE her husband next summer when his enlistment is up. I have never met someone with such an amazing work ethic and such a huge heart willing to give. She is constantly rewarding her team, and even though this huge announcement is hers, she is using it as an opportunity to reward us even more!!
