So proud that my husband Sanford Remz just became president of Yad Chessed. Yad Chessed provides neaerly $500,000 in emergency aid, ongoing food and clothing assistance, special holiday allocations, and interest-free loans to more than 1,400 individuals in the Boston Jewish community, who often have no ready access to other sources of financial aid. Last night the Yad Chessed board honored outgoing president Marc Fogel for his many years of leadership.
