So remember my CVS experience - here is what I post on their wall. Please continue to read to the bottom though - so you can see the feed back I got from a fellow FB user. My Bad CVS Experience! I was shopping in your Bloomfield Hills, MI store (Long Lake and Telegraph). I was taking photos of some hair color boxes for a daughter who stayed at home. She was choosing a color and was texting me a photo of the box she was looking for. My color choices (for me) were at my feet. All in all almost $50 in hair color. The manager of the store came over and started re-arranging the boxes I was looking at - and then asked if I was keeping the ones on the floor. I told him Yes. I then took a photo of the others for my daughter. He told me you have a policy against photos- and that I had taken too many (4 total). Huh - I didnt see that policy posted - and I was trying to complete a sale with you. It was very uncomfortable being dressed down by your manager. So............................I took my business up the road to Rite-Aid, after the counter clerk told me additionally she thought that I was being too messy. As owners of multimillion dollar companies - it will be a cold day before I speak to my customers like that or make them feel uncomfortable doing business with me. Perhaps it was my dressed down look as opposed to to my bloomfield hills Mom attire that I should have worn- that made you manager pass judgement. I promise I fit that bill perfectly and then some when I like, but I dont dress to impress anyone. Particularly the staff at CVS. . I promptly exited your store where I took my business to RiteAid - and purchased hair color and several other items totaling over $100 - and thats where I will take my business from now on. Sandra Sanchez If you own mulimillion dollar companies, why dont you pay for your daughter to have her hair done at a salon??? Or make her get off her lazy butt and go to the store.
