So right about now, I reckon I owe Civic Compliance Victoria about 10 grand in fines that have built up over the years. Instead of paying this amount, Id much rather offer them a grand and well call it sweet. I really dont think theyll appreciate my small offer, but Ill make sure I give them plenty of reasons as to why they should accept this offer. Otherwise they can just look forward to getting $12 a month from me for the next 72 years. What would you prefer? I must admit that Im rather looking forward to this phone conversation.
