So running today sucked. Before I started CrossFit, the only exercise I did was running 2-2 1/2 mile runs in the evenings 3-4 times a week. I wasnt FAST but was typically in the 10 something pace. In this heat, I cant run 400 meters without feeling like I am dying. I thought it was dehydration, but today I was sure to drink LOTS of water. Maybe its because we avoid the sun like the plague and then Im suddenly exerting myself in the heat? I dont know. I dont get it. I cant breath, break out in chills, feel like I am going to pass out, etc. I walked the entire mile today and still thought I was going to pass out. Looks like I will be scaling to rowing instead until I can figure out what is up. On a brighter note, last week while practicing double unders I did 4 consecutive. This week I did 7 consecutive double unders at least 4 different times. Progress!!
