So sad. We think that because we are not the ones inflicting the cruelty that is going on all the time, that we have no responsibility. But humanity is not separate. Knowing what is being done, lifts our conscience, and opens the heart with compassion. The mode of Prayer has long been forgotten, but is a valid method we can all use, from the comfort of our homes, in sending out loving vibrations to anything, anywhere, where negativity resides. ♥
