So sad that people like the Dalai Lama and Robert Thurman are still considered experts on Buddhism, even though their words and actions display a complete lack of understanding and respect for Buddhas teachings. The False Dalai Lama has been teaching people recently that prayer doesnt work, that mandala offerings are pointless because Mount Meru doesnt exist (many Gelugpas have given up this essential practice as a result), that Enlightened beings are evil spirits and pure Buddhists are spirit-worshippers, and that there is no point making offerings to statues because they never reply to prayers. He is systematically destroying Buddhas teachings. Tomorrow he talks in Rotterdam on Well-being, Wisdom and Compassion: a Secular Approach. A secular approach? Hes supposed to be a Buddhist Teacher! Meanwhile Robert Thurman lies through his teeth to support this false Guru and spread his message of hatred and division. Stop lying, the pair of you. You should both be ashamed of yourselves.
