So school if kicking my butt, as Im sure it is for everyone else. However, if you find yourself with a little bit of free time and feel like blowing off some steam, here are some suggestions that I follow to make the most out of a random workout: Its important to identify what your body is truly up for, while still pushing yourself some. Running: whether its for a short or long time/distance, getting your heart rate up for even a little bit is always good. You could even try doing intervals if you like, running for a short time/distance, then walking, or sprinting and walking, or sprinting and running. Compound Lifts: Shy of being a bodybuilder, (in which case, youre not going to miss many workouts anyway), working as many muscle groups into one movement is paramount for efficiency in a random workout. Ill link some below. Combining some or all of these can make for a great workout to just get back into it or to fit into a busy schedule. Consider the first variation, and add squats in between each press: https://youtube/watch?v=mKQop1tlVGg https://youtube/watch?v=HAfEGsJqJjA&list=PL-0J5iayHsA5qwI6H2ADG8dwRq5kK911Y&index=17 https://youtube/watch?v=254mkDSWsk4&list=PL-0J5iayHsA5qwI6H2ADG8dwRq5kK911Y&index=27 https://youtube/watch?v=fbm7yhdgzUI&list=PL-0J5iayHsA5qwI6H2ADG8dwRq5kK911Y&index=28 https://youtube/watch?v=YHN0SGa-68Q&list=PL-0J5iayHsA5qwI6H2ADG8dwRq5kK911Y&index=52
