So sick of the heating system in this place. We pay $1775.00 for rent a month an the thermostat does not go to the settings we want it on because it is cold out and it blows cold air. My mom has Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and she can easily develop pneumonia and that would not be good. Also she is allergic to cats and the neighbor downstairs got a cat and we werent notified about it and one of the main reasons she moved in here was because there were no pets allowed. So now with that being said we need to find her a suitable dwelling to suit her health needs. I will continue to live here but if she does I am afraid it will take a toll on her health. I need someone to look at the furnace and change the filter, and take a look at it, does anyone on my friends list have any experience in furnace maintenance?
