So since people want to bring up statistic Lets look at 2003-2009 Reported arrest-related deaths. Now out of the 4,813 reported arrest-related deaths 95.4% where male. 2,931 or 60.9% of them was consider Homicide by law enforcement.541 or 11.2% was consider suicide ( so suicide while cop was present) 2,026 where White or 42.1%........1,529 or 31.8% where Black. Ok now is when it gets interesting: 1,233 or 41.7 % is white homicide 327 or 60.4% is white suicide. 937 or 31.7% is black homicide and 80 or 14.8% is black suicide. So we end up with 60.9% white homicide and 16.1% white suicide with police involved, and 61.3% black homicide and 5.2 % black suicide with police involved. Last set of numbers In the 2012 Those who identified only as African American made up 13.1% of the U.S. population-over 39 million people, 63%. or 197.7 million white people.
