So, since this came up in the comments, I might as well share: I am currently writing a book. Its coming along pretty well so far, although that might change once we enter finals season. Ive got about 45,000 words right now, but a lot of additions, edits, etc. yet to go. Its a book about the Church. Starting with the opening proclamation of Christ in the Gospel of Mark, The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the Gospel! its all about the Church and Kingdom. It branches out from there: is the Church visible? does it include only the saved? whats its relationship to the Bible? is the papacy part of the Church that Christ founded?, etc. Im pretty excited about it, but Ive been fairly quiet about it so far, since Im not sure when Ill be done, and I am sort of awkward about / bad at self-promotion. I still need to talk to a publisher, but Im not sure if I should wait until Im done with the manuscript first. Ill try and keep you all updated as things develop!
