So something very strange has happened to me twice in World of Warcraft recently. I would be playing and all of a sudden someone else would be controlling my character making me run in random directions, opening up random things like my inventory, talent book, achievements, etc., and even stranger, they begin typing random things like a lala is trying to murder me and other weird things. Theyve stopped when I said please stop in the text box but its frightening that this is even possible. You arent able to log on your character from two different devices at the same time that Im aware of so someone is sharing my desktop somehow I think.. With the above quote, I have a feeling its a Final Fantasy XIV player screwing with me as Lalafells are a race in the game and they are shortened to Lala. Ive changed my password, Ive had an authenticator on my account for years, Ive scanned my pc for viruses, and I definitely havent shared my information with any FFXIV players... Has anyone heard of this happening? What do I do to stop this person from screwing with me? Im afraid theyll do something drastic like throw away my items or even worse, log me out and delete my character. :/
