So sorry to report that Cher (Poot) our beloved pit mix, developed laryngeal paralysis. On top of her infection, arthritis, and refusal to eat and drink, we felt that she was in enough pain. The vet was very kind in putting her to sleep and made sure that she was in no distress on the end. we are so disappointed as she had rallied last week so well. This has been such an awful year, losing Chipper last year, Tiger this year, my almost 94 year old Dad, now our Poot, whom we had raised since we rescued her a a puppy.
