So got in touch with them and was told that I had to write a letter giving a viable reason as to why I had over paid and it would be October when I got the over payment back! So I decided that things should swing both ways so when we are a bit stretched I will write them a letter giving them a viable reason as to why we wont be paying for 3 months and the £100 penalty for late payments will be wavered as I have given them a good enough reason and the interest they will make on the over payment will cover it!!!
