So tell me how this works: You go to work, get paid, buy something - TopicsExpress

So tell me how this works: You go to work, get paid, buy something you want, take it home, use it or whatever, leave your home, lock your door, return to find your door open, your stuff gone, your house torn up, you call the police, give a report, then wait, and wait and wait some more. You get more stuff and then get a repeat, you again make a report and get the same action. This happens not once, not twice but several times. You are told that the police cant do anything because the possible suspect is a juvenile and he/she has to be a certain age before they can be arrested. At what point does your juvenile officer come in? If you catch the little bugger and whip that behind or even something else because the kid thinks its grown and you end up having to defend your life, is this where the men in blue come in and arrest you? At what point does the system work like it should or is it really true that the youngsters are running the show and the police are scared of them but not scared to beat on, lie on, talk down to, or accuse other innocent people of make believe crimes when teams are swimming, diving, jumping and flipping all over the towns, shutting down events, threating people and doing all sorts of things in such a large place as our hometowns. Im just trying to figure out how it works.
