So ten seconds into my relaxed morning walk, a young girl collapses on the street in front of me. She cramps up and starts to shake, and froth is coming out of here mouth. So I quickly put her in lateral recumbent position (yeah I had to google translate that), but shes totally unconscious. I call 112 but dont know the street address, so I stop this very helpful local woman to help me to inform the operator about our location. was pretty sure by now that this girl was dying there and then, but in a minute or so, her breathing slowly was getting back to normal. 5 minutes later the ambulance is there, and the girl starts to wake up mentally and physically. Finds out she had a very bad case if diabetes, and this kids, is what happen if you skip your breakfast. At least Im wide awake now!! #amsterdamdanceevent #ade2014
