So that massage today was awesome! I never realized just how bad my shoulders and neck were. The masseuse said I had knots all over and it will take awhile to make any real changes. Honestly I almost cried.. I started praying and thanking God for bringing up the opportunity when I had some extra cash.. I always looked at massages as a luxury, but after being tense for years and years, I see it as therapy. You have to understand Doctors would compare me to a person with PTSD. I have always had bad anxiety, with a intense childhood, to a fighting teen, to a young mom, to being a drug addict in crazy situations, to being in awful car accident, to fighting almost every weekend for years... I have taken my body and health for granted... I really want to encourage anyone else who hesitates to get a massage.. that was a hour of a professional massage for about $54.00.. at Curl up & Dye.. best money spent!!!!
