So the 53 has original motor, hasnt been touched. Other than doing a basic maintenance fluids, plugs and wires. Fuel pump has been replaced, and tank has been cleaned out. Starter has been rebuilt, and generator has been converted to 12v, all the wires from headlights to tail lights have been replaced going towards headlight switch. The speedo is stuck, fuel sensor doesnt work. I have installed an aftermarket temp gauge, original oil pressure gauge works. Carpet seats are new, door panels. Front passenger window is damaged, all window regulators do work without difficulty. I have keys for ignition and door lock. No lock for trunk, no key for glove box lock. Brakes fronts are 75% rears at 80%, still original drums all the way around, no leaks at master cyl nor the lines. Brakes and e brake have been adjusted when brakes were gone through for inspection. Its still a 3 speed but has been converted to floor shifter, turn signal switch it is aftermarket. Body and roof have been sanded down all the way to metal. Windshield and rear window has new weather strips, I do have all the trim except the plane hood emblem which were pulled for sanding.
