So the FLW Tour event is a wrap for me. Finished 80th with a second day charge of 14 pounds even. Finished a little under a pound and 5 places out of a check. Honestly I cant mark this tournament up to bad decisions, just bad luck. I got to my school, a true and real mega school the first day but they were gone. I mean absolutely gone. I finally left the school at around noon and only had a few hours to scramble up what I weighed in. The second day I ended up running around and staying out of the top competitors way(community holes) and ran a lot of new water. I never lost a fish the second day and executed very well. They just flat out caught them. Its a hard pill to swallow to run down the lake and look over and see top 10 guys all over the schools that you planned on fishing. I really dont like pulling in on people and fishing...at all. So needless to say I stayed off and fished my strengths. No regrets just didnt catch them. Pickwick is an amazing fishery and had a ton of schools on it. Hopefully if we come back in the future FLW will allow us to lock into other lakes to keep the congestion down. Oh well on to Kentucky Lake in a couple of weeks. #PEAKFishingTeam
