So the Grand Jury in the Officer Darren Wilson case were given the wrong legal references governing justification for police use of deadly force which allowed deadly force when the suspect was fleeing. The Grand Jury was only told by the assistant prosecutor that a portion of the law had been struck down by the US Supreme Court as Unconstitutional though they were not informed of the specific portions that were struck down. When asked by a Grand Juror if Federal laws supersede Missouri law, the Grand Jury was basically told not to worry about it. If I were Darren Wilson, Id keep my mouth shut because if this holds true he may be facing another Grand Jury or Special Prosecuter. And the Assistant Prosecutor should at a minimum be sanctioned by the court and probably fired. This story is based on a detailed reading of Grand Jury transcripts. msnbc/the-last-word/watch/shocking-mistake-in-darren-wilson-grand-jury-364273731666
