So the Missouri Lottery is still running a commercial saying it provides money for the A+ program. Heres the problem, the state of Missouri after promising students 2 years of college for keeping up your grades and good attendance is now cutting the program. So students like my granddaughter now will have to borrow money to pay for school. If a business did that the government would prosecute them for fraud.
