So the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) have barred Russia until the end of this year as a sanction over the Ukrainian/Crimea issue. Why should Russia give a s**t, it is just a talking shop, with non binding resolutions. It is a pity though that Russia will probably announce that they will permanently withdraw themselves from this body, which is a good forum to hear views of 47 countries who have an interest in working together towards a better future for Europe and the world.
