So the Seanad may not pass the bill? IW will then be suspended for 3 months! Well thats good indeed, but not good enough. Well have 3 more months of discussion, arguments, vote catching. There will be no recuperating of all the money wasted. Will the board of workers be paid for these 3 months. What about the contracts such as GMC and Coffey? Weve gone past all this stuff now. I believe that like a general election, its all a waste of time and money. We just need a new system of government. One where each TD and Minister cannot earn more than 45k p.a. One where they can be sacked if they arent able for the job. We need to get rid of the advisors and if they still want to run the country, they can run for election like everyone else. We need to be able to vote for anyone in our small country, not just the locals (Clare Daly for Taoiseach IMO).
